Peanut-Sesame Sauce
1/4 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
3 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
5 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp hot sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
4-5 Tbsp hot water
Puree all ingredients except water in a blender or food processor for about 30 seconds. While the machine is running, add the water a tablespoon at a time until the consistency is that of heavy cream.
